Booking & Payment

Here you will find answers to the most common questions regarding reservations and payments.

When is the deposit due?

A deposit of 50% of the rental amount is due within 14 days after booking.

When is the final payment due?

The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before arrival.

Which payment methods are available?

Payment is made conveniently by bank transfer. Please always include your booking number when making your payment.

Additional services or fees payable on site can be settled in cash, by debit card or by credit card (except American Express).

Will I receive a booking confirmation?

Yes. After your booking has been completed successfully, you will receive a written booking confirmation containing all important information regarding your accommodation and your stay.

Arrival & Stay

Here you will find important information about check-in, key collection, parking and your arrival.

When is check-in?

Check-in is generally available from 4:00 pm.

When do I have to check out?

Please vacate your accommodation by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

Where do I collect my keys?

Key collection takes place directly at the Direkt Holidays office in Königsleiten.

Is parking available?

Most accommodations include at least one parking space. Additional parking spaces can be reserved for an extra charge.

Are there charging stations for electric vehicles?

Charging stations are available at the Königsleiten Infrastructure Centre.

Are bed linen and towels provided?

Depending on the accommodation, bed linen and towels are either included in the rental price or can be booked as an additional service.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Most of our accommodations offer free Wi-Fi. Please refer to the accommodation description for detailed information.

Are cots and high chairs available?

Some accommodations already provide cots and high chairs. This is indicated in the individual property description.

If these are not available, they can be booked through Direkt Holidays.

Do the accommodations have a sauna?

Several chalets and holiday apartments feature a private sauna or wellness area.

Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are welcome in selected accommodations.

Are there additional charges for dogs?

An additional charge of €20.00 per dog and day applies.
