    Direkt Holidays is your rental expert with over 150 chalets and holiday apartments in the locations of Königsleiten and Hochkrimml.

 

  • How many employees does Direkt Holiadys have?

    - Our office team is composed by 5 employees, who are happy to give you advice regarding your holiday plans
    - A lovely lady takes over the accounting and bookkeeping tasks for us  
    - It is clear that the apartments must be also cleaned up – in this sector we work with many cleaning ladies

 

  • In which area does Direkt Holidays rent its chalets and holiday apartments?

    We rent our properties in the Zillertal Arena – in Königsleiten and Hochkrimml.

 

  • What accommodation options does Direkt Holiday have to offer?

    We have over 150 holiday apartments and chalets in the Zillertal Arena to be rented.

 

  • How are the apartments and chalets of Direkt Holidays equipped?

    Our accommodations are differently equipped.  From a simply furnished accommodation located close to the ski lifts, to spacious apartments and chalets with upscale furniture and private sauna.

 

  • How can I contact Direkt Holidays?

    During our opening hours we are always reachable by phone. You are also welcomed to use our online chat that is to be found on our website or write us an email.  You will receive an answer from us within 24 hours.

  • How can I know if an accommodation is available?

    When you search online for a chalet or a holiday apartment, you will only be shown the accommodations that are available within the time frame you have selected.
    In case you search without including dates for your holidays, you can still check the availability on the calendar that you will find on your website that you show you when an accommodation is available to be booked or not.

  • How can I know where the accommodation is located?

    In the search results you can click on the link “show in the map “in order to see more in detail where the accommodation is located.

 

  • Are the accommodations of Direkt Holidays located close to ski lifts?

    Ski lifts and ski slopes are only a few minutes walking distance away from any accommodation in Königsleiten and Hochkrimml. A bus is also available to drive regularly through the village during winter.

Booking process
 

  • How can I book a holiday accommodation?

    With Direkt Holidays you can easily book your holiday accommodation in three different ways: it can be directly booked on our website, by phone or via E-Mail.

 

  • What costs does my booking include?

    - The costs include the rental price, energy and cleaning fees, as well as the reservation fee and the city tax.

 

  • Are bed linen and towels included in the price?

    - You can either bring your own bed linen and towels or rent some of ours when you arrive.
    - In some cases, bed linen and towels are already included. These special cases will be signalized.

 

  • How much in advance can an accommodation with Direkt Holidays be booked?

    With us you can always book your accommodation up to 11 months in advance. Our clients that would like to book an accommodation for the following year have reserved the right of pre-booking accommodations before any other new clients.

 

  • When will my booking be confirmed?

    After your booking we will be sending you a booking confirmation via email that contains the number of your booking.
    Please contact us in case you have not received the abovementioned confirmation Email.

Payment
 

 

  • When can I pay my bill?

    With Direkt Holidays the invoice is divided into two parts. The first half of the amount due must be paid until two weeks after having received the booking confirmation. The second half should be paid two weeks before your arrival.

Your stay
 

  • What is the arrival and departures schedule at Direkt Holidays?

    - Unless you have stated you would be arriving outside office opening hours, you will be given the keys to your accommodation between 2 pm and 5 pm at our office. Please contact us in case you arrive outside the above stated time frame.  
    - On the departure day the accommodation should be left until 10 am and the keys should be taken back to our office.

 

  • Where do receive the keys to my accommodation?

    The keys can be collected at our office which is the first house on your left-hand side when arriving to Königsleiten - Königsleiten 2A.

 

  • Is it necessary to leave a deposit? How can I pay this deposit?

    As you are given the keys to the accommodation, a deposit needs to be paid. The amount of the deposit depends on the booked accommodation and can range from € 200,00 to € 1.000,00.

 

  • What happens with my deposit?

    The deposit is only a security measure and will be given back should the rented accommodation was left in good conditions after your stay. In case the deposit was paid with a credit card, the authorization to collect the deposit amount from your bank account will automatically expire within 30 days. In case the deposit was paid in cash, a form must be filled out and the deposit amount will be wired directly back to your bank account.

 

  • Do I need snow chains in winter to drive to Königsleiten?

    Yes, absolutely. We highly recommend the usage of snow chains for your winter holidays. It is mandatory to have snow chains installed every time there is snow on the road. This obligation will be specifically signalized.

 

  • What can I do if during my holidays a problem occur?

    Should the accommodation not be found in the conditions stated in the contract or is damaged, these aspects should be immediately reported to Direkt Holidays. In case there is no immediate notification of any of the scenarios described above, it will be automatically assumed that the accommodation was found in good conditions and accordingly to what is stated in the contract. In case any damages arise within the rental period the same rules shall apply.
