Königsleiten & Hochkrimml are easily accessible by car in both summer and winter.

Arrival from Munich

Travel via the A12 Inntal motorway into the Zillertal Valley, continue along the B169 Zillertal Road towards Zell am Ziller and then follow the B165 Gerlos Road to Königsleiten.

Arrival from the East (Salzburg)

Travel via the A10 motorway from Salzburg, continue along the B311 via Bischofshofen and the B168 towards Mittersill, then continue to Königsleiten.

The Gerlos Alpine Road is a toll road.

Arrival by Bus & Train

Thanks to the Mobility Fee, all guests receive the Salzburg Mobility Ticket, allowing free use of public transport throughout the entire Province of Salzburg.

Upon request, the ticket can already be issued one day before arrival, allowing you to use public transport on your arrival day.

If you are travelling by plane, Königsleiten & Hochkrimml can easily be reached from several international airports. From there, you can continue your journey by rental car, taxi or public transport.

Parking during Check-in

Parking spaces are available directly in front of our office during check-in.

Alternatively, you may use the parking deck at the Königsleitner Infrastructure Centre, located opposite our office. Short-term parking is available there.

Good to know:
On Saturdays, traffic may be heavier due to the weekly changeover of guests.

Parking During Your Stay

Most of our accommodations include at least one parking space. The exact number of available parking spaces can be found in the description of your booked accommodation.

Additional Parking Spaces

If you are travelling with more vehicles than the allocated parking spaces, additional parking spaces can be reserved through Direkt Holidays for an extra charge.

The following rates apply:

✓ Summer season: € 10,00 per day
✓ Winter season: € 15,00 per day

Königsleitner Infrastructure Centre

The additional parking spaces are located at the Königsleitner Infrastructure Centre at the entrance to the village.

Charging stations for electric vehicles are also available at the Königsleitner Infrastructure Centre..

Note:
If you require an additional parking space, we recommend reserving it before your arrival, especially during the winter season.

Check-out & Departure

To ensure a smooth departure, please find all important information regarding check-out and key return below.

Returning the Keys

Please return your keys to the Direkt Holidays office before your departure.

If you leave outside our office hours, simply place the keys in the mailbox located next to our office.

Before Leaving Your Accommodation

Before you leave, please make sure to:

✓ Lock the front door.
✓ Close all windows.
✓ Switch off all lights.
✓ Take all personal belongings with you.
✓ Dispose of your rubbish at the nearest waste collection point.
✓ Leave the dishes clean.
✓ Remove the bed linen if agreed, or leave it neatly collected in the accommodation.
✓ Return all keys.

Important notice:
On Saturdays, our main changeover day, we kindly ask you to leave the heating as it is, as new guests usually arrive on the same day.

Travel Tip

On Saturdays, traffic may be heavier due to the weekly guest changeover.

If possible, we recommend departing between 5:00 am and 7:00 am to avoid traffic congestion and longer waiting times.

After your departure, we would greatly appreciate your feedback. You will receive an email with a review link shortly after your stay.
