What personal data do we request from you and why do we use it?

It is possible at any time to unsubscribe form our newsletter. It can be done either by sending an E-mail to the E-mail address written below or by clicking on a link existent on the newsletter for that same purpose.

What data is forwarded to third parties?
As responsible for processing the data, Direkt Holidays temporarily forwards data to third parties, provided that this is necessary for processing the bookings and the fulfilment of additional services including after-sales services and enquires regarding the satisfaction of our clients, as well as for protection against fraud and any other criminal offences. The recipients of the data shall have access to personal information necessary for the performance of their tasks.
The above referred companies shall not use the data for anything else other than for the purpose of fulfilling their tasks. In addition, they are obliged to treat this data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the applicable data protection laws.
In addition, we transmit data to third parties if we are entitled or obligated to do so by law (for example, hand over data to law enforcement authorities).

Which data do we automatically collect?
