After having called or written us to make a booking, you will promptly receive a booking confirmation form us. 50% of the total rental amount must be paid within 14 days. We need the received payment of the other 50% two weeks before your arrival. You are welcome to pay in cash or with a debit card. Credit cards will NOT be accepted.

The contract between you and Direkt Holidays is to be closed with the reception of the first half of the payment. Shall no payment be received within 14 days, Direkt Holidays reserves the right to make the property available again. In case a booking was made at short notice (less than 15 days before the beginning of the rental period) the total rental amount must be paid immediately and the contract will be closed upon the reception of the previously referred amount.

In case of a delayed payment of the remaining amount or of the entire rental amount (in the case of short notice bookings), Direkt Holidays reserves the right to refuse providing its services. Special requests on your part may only be accepted as non-binding requests. There is no legal claim to their fulfilment unless Direkt Holidays has sent you a written confirmation.

Direkt Holidays charges a € 35,00 fee for processing each booking.
