"Dorf im Dorf" marks a small group of newly built houses in Königsleiten that are dominated by free standing chalets. The chalet Rosenalm 303 is one of those chalets. It has a modern and generous floor plan and situated 200 m from the Eberharter`s Almdorf button lift. Such a central yet quiet location is seldom – even in a ski village such as Königsleiten.
Right after your first entrance into the large and open living area you will feel the modern interpretation of the locally typical wood interior and worldly relaxation working. Large windows let lots of light into the rooms with high ceilings and give them a very unique atmosphere. This mixture of relaxation and cosiness is supported by the central open fire place. Its soft crackling in the dark and cold winter results in a great atmosphere.
The features of the chalet Rosenalm 303 with its five bed rooms with their double beds and with its very well equipped kitchen make this house very attractive for families and groups. Cooking and lounging together is possible here as is retreating from the group and doing nothing.
A large balcony as well as the own terrace open a panorama of the Zillertal Arena that would be suitable for any postcard. The view makes you want to take your time and invites you whip up a snack and just spend the day at home in the sun.

  • final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival

When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
  • Sheets, big and small towels, sauna towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
  • check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
  • We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
