The house Unterwurzacher 73 have the perfect location for your skiing holiday. The valley station of the Dorfbahn Königsleiten is right next to the house and this enables aquick, really uncomplicated access to the wonderful winter sports area of the Zillertal Arena.
The stylish, modern holiday apartment Rosenquarz is located in the basement of the house Unterwurzacher, which also have a sports shop, ski school and ski rental. The combination of an open kitchen with a cozy seating area enables a relaxing holiday in the middle of the Hohe Tauern. The apartment, furnished with lots of wood, impresses with its beautiful room layout and high-quality furnishings.
The bedroom, furnished in a modern but alpine style, makes it a comfortable and attractive retreat. Hygiene shouldn't be neglected either, which is why there is a well-equipped bathroom. On the beautiful sun terrace, equipped with garden furniture, you can relax with a glass of wine in the midst of the mountains.
In the ski room of the house, every family gets a ski depot locker, which is provided with a ski boot, helmet and glove dryer. There are parking spaces at the house, but there is the option of parking free of charge in the underground car park of the Königsleitner infrastructure building and then having the shuttle service pick you up. This and many other goodies round off this offer. Initial bed linen as well as hand and bath towels included.

- 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
- final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
- The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
- Sheets, big and small towels, sauna towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
- check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
- We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
