The holiday house Lich 149a is only a couple of steps away from the Eberharter‘s Almdorflift access point and from there it is a short trip up to access the ski region of Königsleiten and of the whole Zillertal Arena.
The 4 room apartment Lich 149a/ Top OG is located in the upper part of a small holiday house and is great for youth-groups because of its floor plan with three bed rooms. Locally typical the interior was designed with lots of wood. This gives the apartment its own, ald and rustic charm. The well equipped kitchen gives one the opportunity to prepare smaller and larger meals so that evenings together at home in the seating corner are a wonderful alternative.
For skiers and guests that like a quiet and sunny break during the day the sunny south facing balcony. Here you can just sit and enjoy the great view across the mountain world of the Hohe Tauern in a relaxed manner.

- 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
- final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
- The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
- Sheets, big and small towels, sauna towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
- check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
- We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
