This holiday apartment is located in the upper part of Königsleiten and offers a build to the south. That gives a light and friendly holiday destination with short distance to the button lift Märchenwald and to the alpine village train Königsleiten.
Via the peak train Königsleiten and the village trains 1 and 2 you gain access to the ski region Königsleiten and to that of the Zillertal Arena in only a few minutes. At an altitude of 2000 m there is guaranteed snow. That is why it was possible to create a permanent ski- and boardercross piste here just underneath the peak train.
The apartment Lena 37/ Top 2 offers space for families and smaller groups and has two separate bed rooms, a comfortable and well equipped kitchen as well as a modern bath room and a small, private wellness area with a sauna, toilet and shower.

  • 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
  • final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
  • The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
  • Sheets, big and small towels, sauna towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
  • check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
  • We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
