The 3 room apartment Bärlerhof 287/ Top 43 is part of a newly built holiday house in a pretty location near the Edelweißanger. From here guests reach the Königsleiten alpine trains in a few steps then riding up to the Königsleiten peak (2230 m) in only 8 min.
Getting out close to the peak opens up the spectacular beauty of the holiday region of the Zillertal Arena and invites one to linger. When you have stood up to the challenge of the descent and are back in the village of Königsleiten then you will quickly notice that it is very comfortable to be able to get out right in front of your door and head straight for the own terrace to rest. The south facing balcony offers a spectacular view of Gerlos and the Hohe Tauern National Park.
If you want you can book the sauna as an additional element for your personal wellness program (attention: only bookable from 1 apartment).

  • 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
  • final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
  • The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
  • Sheets, big and small towels, sauna towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
  • check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
  • We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
