The location in the centre of the holiday region Krimml-Hochkrimml and subsequently of the wonderful ski area Zillertal Arena makes this holiday house in Hochkrimml an excellent starting point for winter or summer sport.

Built ecologically the Chalet Max offers space for families with children and smaller groups. It combines typical Austrian architecture with every comfort that summer or winter guests could wish for.
The house was not only built with high class materials but also boasts an open fire place and floor heating. It offers the opportunity to perfectly tune the temperature in your home. Thanks to the comfortable set-up between warmth and cosiness this chalet really invites one to just relax.

If one should prefer the ski slope despite this then they will only have a very short walk by foot until they reach the Filzstein lifts. A few minutes later one is on the way into the exciting alpine world of the Zillertal Arena.  Even closer to the house, which is just next to the chalet Desiree,  is access to the cross country ski track and to the local ski school.

Important: toll road with costs. - In winter, this road can be used free of charge with the ski pass.
 

Note on tiled stove:
Please only heat up if you already have experience with it! Do not insert more than 2-3 logs (danger of explosion!).
Do not leave tiled stove unattended under any circumstances!!!

  • 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
  • final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
  • The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
  • Sheets, big and small towels, sauna towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
  • check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
  • We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
