The holiday apartment is located in a quiet yet traffic-wise convenient location close to the entrance to the village of Hochkrimml.
The entry to the ski slopes is possible via the nearby Filzstein lifts that let you quickly reach the alpine world of the holiday region of Krimml-Hochkrimml in the Zillertal Arena. When the snow level is solid guests can ski right down to their door. So after a long day of skiing you will only have a few paces left until you settle into your cosy home.
The floor plan is simultaneously practical and beautiful. It will make you quickly leave your winter clothing in the wardrobe in the front room and then relax in the cosy corner space with a view of the very own open fire.
Separated from the living area the kitchen is well equipped and leaves enough space and opportunities to cook. If you enjoy baking you can also do that. If you prefer a small or longer coffee break from the hustle and bustle of the ski day you will find the perfect place on the large sun terrace.
Important: toll road with costs. - In winter, this road can be used free of charge with the ski pass.
Note on tiled stove:
Please only heat up if you already have experience with it! Do not insert more than 2-3 logs (danger of explosion!).
Do not leave tiled stove unattended under any circumstances!!!

- 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
- final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
- The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
- Sheets, big and small towels, sauna towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
- check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
- We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
