Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy
Planning your holiday in an apartment or chalet in the Zillertal Arena?
Here you will find all important information about payment terms, booking conditions, cancellation and travel insurance.
Payment Terms
After a written or telephone booking, you will immediately receive a reservation confirmation.
A 50% deposit of the rental amount is due within 14 days after booking. The remaining balance is due approximately 2 weeks before arrival.
The rental contract between you and Direkt Holidays is concluded upon receipt of the deposit. If the deposit is not paid on time, the accommodation may be reallocated.
For short-term bookings (less than 15 days before arrival), the full rental amount is due immediately. The contract is concluded upon full payment.
If payment is not made on time, Direkt Holidays reserves the right to refuse services.
A processing fee of €35.00 applies to every booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation fees depend on the time of cancellation:
- up to 43 days before arrival: 10%
- up to 29 days before arrival: 50%
- up to 20 days before arrival: 80%
- from 19 days before arrival: 100%
For cancellations from 19 days before arrival or on the arrival day, the full rental amount remains due. The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive.
A €50.00 processing fee applies to each cancellation.
Travel Cancellation Insurance
We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance at the time of booking. It protects you from cancellation costs in case of illness, accident or death of the traveler or close relatives (with medical certificate).
