Payment Terms

After your written or telephone booking, you will immediately receive your booking confirmation containing all important information regarding your accommodation and your stay.

 

Deposit

50% of the rental amount is due within 14 days after booking.

 

Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 2 weeks before arrival.

 

Last-Minute Bookings

For bookings made less than 15 days before arrival, the full rental amount is due immediately

 

Administration Fee

An administration fee of €35.00 is charged for every reservation.

The rental agreement becomes valid upon receipt of the deposit. If the deposit is not received on time, Direkt Holidays reserves the right to release the accommodation for rebooking.

If the remaining balance or the full payment for last-minute bookings is not received on time, Direkt Holidays reserves the right to refuse the agreed services.

Special requests are considered non-binding and only become binding after written confirmation.

Payment is conveniently made by bank transfer. Please always include your booking number with your payment.

Cancellation Policy

Should your travel plans change, please inform us in writing as early as possible.

The following cancellation charges apply after the booking agreement has been concluded:

up to 89 days before arrival € 50.00 administration fee
up to 43 days before arrival 10 %
up to 29 days before arrival 50 %
up to 20 days before arrival 80 %
from 19 days before arrival 100 %

For cancellations from 19 days before arrival, the full rental amount remains payable.

Important Notice:
The effective date is the date on which the written cancellation is received by the booking office. If this falls on a Sunday or public holiday, the next working day applies.
Administration Fee for Cancellations:
An additional administration fee of €50.00 will be charged for every cancellation.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

To ensure you can plan your holiday with complete peace of mind, we recommend taking out suitable travel cancellation insurance at the time of booking.

This insurance covers cancellation costs caused by unforeseen events such as:
