The bedroom, in modern alpine style, makes the ‘Rosenquarz’ holiday flat your personal highlight. For your comfort, the bedroom also has its own bathroom.
Our service rounds off your holiday. An initial supply of bed linen and hand and bath towels is included. Our sports shop, ski hire and ski school are located on the ground floor. Each flat has its own ski locker in the ski room - ski boot, helmet and glove dryer included. You will find plenty of parking spaces directly at the house or you can park in the underground car park of the Königsleinter infrastructure building, weatherproof and free of charge. Our shuttle service will be happy to pick you up from there.
Do you need more space and are you looking for another flat for two to four people? Then we recommend the ‘Bergkristall’ flat, next to the ‘Smaragd’ flat.
Further highlights for our guests in the house are 15% off the ski hire, as well as 5% off the ski school (in winter), and in summer % for our bike hire and our varied adventure programme (high ropes course, flying fox, rafting, canyoning, ...)

- 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
- final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
- The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
- Sheets, big and small towels, sauna towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
- check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
- We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
- The number of parking spaces available at the accommodation is specified on-site. If you arrive with more vehicles, you are required to rent an additional parking space in the underground garage of the Königsleitner infrastructure building.
