The large window in the wellness area offers a breathtaking view of the majestic mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park - an atmosphere that must be experienced to be truly appreciated.
On the spacious sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers and barbecue area, you can gather impressive impressions. You can use the chalet's own Wi-Fi to share your best moments with friends or family and send them straight home.
Chalet Sissialm also has a cozy, covered barbecue area - ideal for après-ski on your own terrace or sociable barbecue evenings in winter, even when it's snowing.
Important note: Access is via a toll road which is subject to a charge. In winter this is free of charge with the ski pass; in summer there is a charge.
Note about the tiled stove: Please only heat it if you have experience with it! Do not insert more than 2-3 logs to avoid the risk of explosion.

general booking information
- 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
- final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
- The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
- Sheets, big and small towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
- check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
- We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
- The number of parking spaces available at the accommodation is specified on-site. If you arrive with more vehicles, you are required to rent an additional parking space in the underground garage of the Königsleitner infrastructure building.
