Gerlinde 155 is a cosy holiday home in the Silberleiten district of Hochkrimml. Offering approximately 114 m² of living space for up to ten guests, it is particularly suitable for families and groups wishing to enjoy their holiday together in the Zillertal Arena.

The holiday home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living area with a stove. The balcony and garden with outdoor furniture invite you to enjoy the fresh mountain air and views of the surrounding mountains. A barbecue is also available.

Situated at an altitude of approximately 1,700 metres and close to the ski lifts, Gerlinde 155 is an ideal base for a winter holiday. In summer, the unspoilt mountain landscape offers numerous opportunities for hiking, cycling and relaxing in nature.

The holiday home features three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed.

The third bedroom has a bunk bed. The sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space.

The holiday home features two bathrooms. One bathroom has a bathtub, washbasin and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower and washbasin. A separate guest toilet is also available.

Kitchen with dining area, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Additional equipment includes a filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and blender.

Spacious living area with seating area, sofa bed, TV, dining area and cosy stove.

Additional rooms and facilities

A ski storage room is available. The holiday home is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Four private parking spaces are available: underground parking space number 19 and three outdoor parking spaces next to the carport. The maximum entrance height of the underground garage is 2.30 metres.

Important information about the stove

The stove may be used. One crate of firewood is included with your stay. Additional firewood can be purchased from Direkt Holidays or at the local supermarket. Never leave the stove unattended.

A 50% deposit is required within 14 days of receiving the booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due approximately two weeks before arrival.

Last-minute bookings
For bookings made within 15 days before arrival, the full amount is payable immediately.
