The bright living area, featuring plenty of wood, offers comfortable seating for relaxing evenings together. The comprehensively equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast and dinner in the apartment.
The two west-facing balconies offer beautiful views of the reservoir and invite you to enjoy a relaxing break in the sun.
A special highlight is the location directly on the ski slope and next to the Plattenalm. Winter sports enthusiasts can start their day on the slopes right outside the accommodation and enjoy the excellent location in the Zillertal Arena ski area.
Please note that two of the bedrooms can only be accessed via the communal stairwell.
One bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed. A second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The two remaining bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed.

The pull-out sofa provides additional sleeping space for two guests.

A shared ski storage room with boot dryer is available. Three private parking spaces belong to the holiday apartment.
Access to Hochkrimml is via a toll road. Special toll regulations apply in winter for guests with a valid ski pass.

General Booking Information
Payment
A 50% deposit is required within 14 days of receiving the booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due approximately two weeks before arrival.
Last-minute bookings
For bookings made within 15 days before arrival, the full amount is payable immediately.
Additional services
Bed linen, towels, baby cots and high chairs can be booked for an additional charge, depending on the accommodation.
Check-in
Keys are collected at the Direkt Holidays office, Königsleiten 2a.
