Alpine retreat for families: the larger of the two apartments awaits you on the second floor of the Merlenhütte - with plenty of space to feel at home, charming Alpine style and enough room for the whole family.

The 3-room vacation apartment has an inviting entrance area with an open-plan kitchen/living room. The sleeping area is divided into two separate bedrooms - one of which is located directly under the roof and impresses with its cozy charm, but has a lower ceiling height and is accessible via a steep staircase (note for families with small children).

The Merlenhütte is located in the immediate vicinity of the Eberharter's Almdorflift and is therefore perfectly connected to the Königsleiten ski area and the Zillertal Arena. As the last house before the edge of the forest, you can still enjoy a quiet location with a wonderfully unobstructed view of the impressive mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park - perfect for switching off and enjoying yourself.

Special extra: The Merlenhütte also has a separate sauna hut, which can be used for a fee. It is reserved exclusively for one vacation apartment at a time - so you can enjoy undisturbed wellness moments in complete privacy.
