The holiday house Snowise 243 is located centrally at the lower edge of Königsleiten. It offers short ways to the local shopping opportunities, sports retailers and banks. More importantly – you will quickly reach the Zillertal Arena. For this you have two lifts to choose from.
Only about 250 m away the Eberharter´s Almdorflift will take you right to the alpine trains with a minimum of hassle. The trains will take you to the summit in less than 10 minutes. The summit is at an altitude of round 2200 m. Alternatively you can choose to opt for the Märchenwald lift which is about 300 m away and your first meter will be on your skis already.
The chalet Snowise 243 will excite you not only with its great central location but also with its tasteful interior. The locally typical light-coloured wooden interior is combined with tasteful furniture, fitting colours and an appropriate range of accessories to give a pretty and cosy living concept. High ceilings and open, wooden support pillars water down the obviously rustic element and add an airy, friendly side. Modern bath rooms, a ski storage room complete with ski shoe dryer and the large, sunny south balcony leave enough space and possibility for enjoying a relaxed holiday in the midst of the Zillertal Arena holiday region.

  • 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
  • final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
  • The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
  • Sheets, big and small towels, sauna towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
  • check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
  • We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
