The holiday house Pan Pan 167A is situated quietly at the edge of the woods in the lower part of Königsleiten. From here the button lift Eberharter`s Almdorflift is only about 350 m away. That way access to the region of the Zillertal Arena is easily possible.
The chalet offers a very skilful mixture of locally typical wood and fine tuned colour elements in its material and furniture. Lots of windows and a spacious dining and seating area create a warm and friendly atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen has been integrated into the living space and offers sufficient space to store things and to prepare great meals.
The floor plan with five bed rooms (four with double beds) is very suitable for families and groups that like to sit together but also appreciate the opportunity to retreat and spend time alone. The view from the balcony or terrace across the mountains of the Hohe Tauern is also very relaxing.
If you want variation from skiing, snowboarding or cross country then the Zillertal Arena will offer you a whole range of possibilities such as golf, mountain biking, hiking or attractions such as the Arena Skyliner, the Arena Coaster or the springboard tower with bag jump.

  • 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
  • final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
  • The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
  • Sheets, big and small towels, sauna towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
  • check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
  • We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
