This estate is a loose row of free standing chalets in the lower part of Königsleiten close to the Eberharter`s Almdorflift.
From here skiers start directly into the ski region Königsleiten via the Almdorf lift. Then they change into the alpine trains when they have reached the top. These trains take them higher up where the full beauty of the winter sport region of the Zillertal Arena opens up. Here skiers and snowboarders will have the choice between 139 km of ski pistes.
The chalet Munterhütte 262 does not just attract through its great location however. The skilled combination of rustic and stylish furniture, appropriately coloured materials and an intelligent floor plan also act convincing. The small kitchen unit leaves sufficient space for the preparation of snacks and smaller meals. If you prefer to have someone else cook then you will find plenty of hotels and restaurants close by that will be glad to be of service.

  • 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
  • final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
  • The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
  • Sheets, big and small towels, sauna towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
  • check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
  • We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
