The holiday house Meierhof 176 is part of the “Dorf im Dorf” estate in the lower part of Königsleiten. During a normal snow situation you can ski down to your door. When starting at the chalet you will reach the Eberharter´s Almdorflift after only about 150 m. This button lift crosses the ascent to the alpine trains Königsleiten very comfortably.
This chalet excites via its very cosy living space and puts the traditional “cosy home” phrase in new light. Plenty of windows and the use of light-coloured wood let the room appear light and friendly. An open, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together and overcomes the classical separation between cooking and spending time together.
The floor plan with three bed rooms with double beds (one of them also has a bunk bed) and two bath rooms makes this house particularly suited for families with kids or for couples. Here you also get the option of retreating for a bit and sitting out on terrace. It’s quiet and partially very sunny on the terrace and balcony. So if you want a break from skiing you will find a perfect spot here.

  • 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
  • final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
  • The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
  • Sheets, big and small towels, sauna towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
  • check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
  • We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
