Königsleiten offer the central yet quiet location. The holiday house Hasenlager 274A is a good example – it is only about 100 m from the Eberharter`s Almdorf button lift but one lives quietly nevertheless.
The chalet Hasenlager 274A is in the middle of a loose group of chalets in the Ringsiedlung. It offers a great view from the terrace and the sunny balcony across the mountains of the Hohe Tauern. The locally typical interior of the chalet has high ceilings, large windows and a very attractive combination of open kitchen and modern-rustic seating and dining corner. As a result you get a beautiful cosiness. The integrated open fire place supports this feeling and gets rid of any cold feelings after a long day outside.
The floor plan with its five bed rooms that all have a double bed makes this house particularly suitable for families and smaller groups. From here the guests can access the winter sport region of the Zillertal Arena in just a few minutes. The ski storage room with a dryer for ski shoes makes sure that your gear is dry and ready to use for the next day. If you have already chosen a hybrid car then you will greatly appreciate the charging station in the house owned carport. It cost 35 euros per week. There are four parking spaces available.

Please only heat up if you already have experience with it! Do not insert more than 2-3 logs (danger of explosion!).
Do not leave tiled stove/open fireplace unattended under any circumstances!!!

- 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
- final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
- The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
- Sheets, big and small towels, sauna towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
- check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
- We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
