This lone standing, holiday house is very pleasing due to its perfect location in the upper area of Königsleiten, its exclusive features and its beautiful view of the mountain world of the Hohen Tauern. The Chalet Edelweissalm comes with 5 bedrooms (max. 10 adults and 2 children) 4 bathrooms and about 190m2 pure enjoyment space. In this luxury chalet you will be met with the rustic snugness of a mountain hut and by the rejuvenating ambience of a modern SPA with sauna, steam room, adventure shower and whirlpool. Here you can relax in the outside hot-pool or in the free standing, nostalgic bathtub in the attic room.
For your enjoyable togetherness you will find a modern-cosy living area with open fire place and several modern media gadgets. On the outside you will be greeted by a terrace with a grill, open air seating opportunities as well as a hot tub. Here you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun in a relaxed manner. Is this not more than just an option for skiers?
Specially for skiers there is a ski room with shoe dryer in the house. Also you will find a washing machine as well as a tumble dryer. One should not forget the facilities for seminars (can be booked additionally) with a beamer, flipchart and WIFI. This also makes the Chalet Edelweissalm interesting for corporate outings. All rooms feature natural stone or wooden floors and have underfloor heating. The house is heated in a ecologically friendly manner via an air-heat pump. Old wood and natural stone decorate the outer walls. 2 garage spaces (2.15m height) as well as outside parking spaces are available. Baby-bed and baby-chair are already in the chalet. Luxury and well-being are guaranteed!

Please only heat up if you already have experience with it! Do not insert more than 2-3 logs (danger of explosion!).

- 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
- final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
- The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
- Sheets, big and small towels, sauna towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
- check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
- We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
