The holiday house Sunnalm 177 is part of the Königsleiten estate "Dorf im Dorf". From here you have quick access to the ski region of the Zillertal Arena. After about 200 m guests of the chalet reach the valley station of the Eberharter`s Almdorf lift. This lift crosses the distance up to the alpine trains very swiftly and comfortably. After this short warm up exercise the change-over into the alpine trains 1 and 2 and ascend to the wonderful alpine ski area are no problems.
If you prefer your mornings to be a bit less demanding then you will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen and the pretty balcony. After a delightful breakfast you can start your ski day relaxed and strengthened. For smaller break in between you will find a whole range of snack huts and mountain restaurants in the linked ski regions of Königsleiten, Gerlos, Gerlosplatte and Zell am Ziller.
The real cosiness awaits you in the evening. The chalet Sunnalm 177 offers a beautiful living space that receives cosy warmth through the integrated tiled stove. The generous floor plan and three separate bed rooms give you a Königsleiten apartment that is very suited for families with children or smaller groups.

  • 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
  • final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
  • The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
  • Sheets, big and small towels, sauna towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
  • check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
  • We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
