This apartment is located in the lower part of Königsleiten and offers the comfortable access to the winter sport region of the Zillertal Arena via the first ascent with Eberharter`s Almdorflift. As a consequence it is also very easy for you to get back home after a day of skiing – you just glide right down to your own door.
The 5 room apartment  Schneeflocke 255/ Top 1 is one of only two apartment in this smaller holiday house. It is convincing due to its stylish and very well tuned colour and interior scheme. Instead of the locally typical, rustic wooden interior the owners decided to go for a classical-modern approach. The approach also makes use of wood and integrates it very well into the concept of the interior. The result is that everything seems modern, appealing and elegant.
A modern and completely equipped kitchen and modern bath room with natural stone tiles complete the visual effect of the room concept.
The space is calculated generously and is appropriate for families and couple alike – three of the four bed rooms are furnished with comfortable double beds.

  • 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
  • final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
  • The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
  • Sheets, big and small towels, sauna towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
  • check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
  • We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
