This apartment is one of four in the chalet Sabine 2. It is especially well suited for smaller groups or several families that want separate apartments in one house. The location of the house at the entrance to Königsleiten village offers a comfortable access to the Märchenwald lift. This lift will bring you directly into the winter sport area of the Zillertal Arena.
The apartment Chalet Sabine 2/ Top 1 itself is situated quietly and allows for a ski descent right down to your door when the snow situation is as it usually is in the season. If you want a small break from skiing then you can use the pretty south facing balcony of the attic flat or can partake in an outing into the surrounding.  That way you can enjoy a nice view from the Durlaßboden artificial lake over the Hohen Tauern. You can also marvel at the gigantic masses of water that descend down the Krimmler waterfalls.
Staying at home is also an option. The completely equipped kitchen offers enough space and opportunity for the use of one’s own cooking skills. If you need a wellness day at home will appreciate the advantages of the large bath room with bath tub and shower.

  • 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
  • final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
  • The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
  • Sheets, big and small towels, sauna towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
  • check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
  • We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
