Right in the middle of the Königsleiten village yet very close to the ski piste. House Michael 68b offers both and also boasts a holiday of short ways. The long ways are nicest downhill. You will find plenty of those in the ski region of Königsleiten or in the larger region of the Zillertal Arena.
If you use the button lift Eberharter´s Almdorflift you can access the ski region right behind the house. That way you can save you strength for a few nice carves in the alpine ski region.
The 3 room apartment Michael 68b/ Top 2 offers spacious cosiness and combines locally typical interior with light rooms and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The large living room is the centre point of the apartment offering a tiled stove, an open kitchen and seating corner. Through its floor plan the apartment is suited for families and groups.

  • 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
  • final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
  • The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
  • Sheets, big and small towels, sauna towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
  • check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
  • We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
