Furnished with locally typical wood the modern equipped and newly renovated 2 room apartment in Königsleiten offers space for couples or families with children. Through its location near the entrance to the village it is only a couple of steps away from the next bus stop.
This makes travelling here without your own car very easy and comfortable. It does not have to be the norm however as there is a parking space that belongs to the apartment Hölzl 1/ Top EG. Throughout the entire stay it can be used by the guests.
The apartment is comprised of a practical kitchen with oven and dish washer, a sitting corner with TV as well as a bed room with a double, a single and a bunk bed. The two bath rooms offers enough space for a prolonged shower after a long day out hiking in the mountains of the Hohen Tauern or a wonderful day of skiing in the Zillertal Arena. Holiday guests can start from here in a simple manner via the Märchenwaldlift into the skiing fun of the Zillertal Arena. Free e-bike rental in summer.

- 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
- final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
- The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
- Sheets, big and small towels, sauna towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
- check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
- We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
