The apartment Enzianalm 117/ Top Almstube is located beautifully in close proximity to the Königsleiten alpine trains. From here the train is reachable in a few steps. It brings skiers and other guests into the wonderful holiday region of the Zillertal Arena.
If it is not that important to you to immediately reach 2000 m altitude then you can also just warm up ski wise on the pistes around the Eberharter´s Almdorflift in Königsleiten or book a beginners r refresher course in one of the local ski schools. The apartment Enzianalm 117/ Top Almstube offers lots of space for your own activities in the evenings. But if you do not want to cook yourself or simply go outside for a small drink then you will find restaurants and Après-ski pubs in walking distance.
The 4 room apartment enchants you with its cosy living space with an open fire place. It also offers a comfortable seating corner and a well equipped, open kitchen. The living area is equipped with a Bose Soundtouch 20 radio system. The bed rooms are partially offered with an en Suite bath room and are especially suited for families with children or couples due to their smart division.

Please only heat up if you already have experience with it! Do not insert more than 2-3 logs (danger of explosion!).

- 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
- final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
- The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
- Sheets, big and small towels, sauna towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
- check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
- We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
