The beautiful attic flat lies in a multi-family house in the village centre of Königsleiten. It is close to smaller shops and to a supermarket. From here you will reach the Eberharter´s Almdorf lift in just a few steps. This lift is a button lift that takes you straight into the wonderful ski region Königsleiten in the Zillertal Arena.
The apartment Dorfplatz 77/ Top 32 offers a bed room with two single beds with a extendable function and an open gallery with a double bed (attention - low ceiling height). The sleeping room is ideal for families with children.The pretty, well equipped kitchen really invites one to cook themselves. If you want to avoid the work then you will find a fine selection of hotels and restaurants close by.
What should not be avoided however is a small breakfast on the east facing balcony. If one starts into the day strengthened will find a beautiful panorama of the mountains either by foot, by bike or on skis easily.

- 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
- final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
- The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
- Sheets, big and small towels, sauna towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
- check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
- We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
