The location in the upper part of Königsleiten has its charm – from here the village of Königsleiten is visually at your feet and the alpine train Königsleiten is reachable in just a few steps.
Access to the winter sport region of the Zillertal Arena cannot be easier. This of course can also be said for your descent as the ski piste runs past your house. So if you make a turn when coming down you will ski right down to your own door.
The 5 room apartment Bärlerhof 287/ Top combines the couch / eating area with the open kitchen to give a great communal area. Here the communal life of larger families or smaller groups happens. So this apartment is particularly suited for these groups. In total there are 4 bed rooms available so you will have little trouble finding spots to retreat to should you need your quiet.
Modern, generous bath rooms with tubs offer the opportunity to enjoy real relaxation after a long day of skiing. If you want you can book the sauna as an additional element for your personal wellness program (attention: only bookable from 1 apartment).

  • 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
  • final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
  • The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
  • Sheets, big and small towels, sauna towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
  • check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
  • We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
