With room for up to 12 people, this accommodation unit is ideal for larger families or bigger groups of travelling companions. There's a spacious living room with a sitting area and dining space, as well as an impressive fireplace that takes the centre stage. A fully equipped kitchen is also on hand, so you can easily whip up meals throughout the duration of your stay. From the spacious terrace, you can enjoy dining al fresco while taking in spectacular sights that surround the property. What's more, there's even a play area on the top floor of this property, so little ones can have a place to call their own during their stay. The five-bedroom property includes four rooms, each with a double bed. The fifth bedroom comes with a double bed and bunk bed. You can literally bathe in luxury while staying at this chalet. It has two spacious bathrooms, one which includes a private Finnish sauna. There's also a whirlpool and a steam room for guests to enjoy.
In winter, you'll enjoy being in a prime location, as there are a wide variety of ski facilities within walking distance. You'll be at the bottom of the practice slopes, where beginners and youngsters can comfortably practise techniques and hone their skills. Experienced skiers can ascend the mountain via the ski lift and enjoy a wide variety of cross-country trails to choose from. After a day of action, visit one of the many local bars in the area, or return to the chalet so that you can relax and unwind.
In summer, if you want to enjoy this beautiful part of Austria, this chalet is an ideal choice for accommodation. Before heading out to explore the many delights this region has to offer, start out the day with a delicious breakfast on the terrace and savour the lovely views. After, you can embark upon a number of adventurous hiking trails and cycle paths. The Durlaβboden reservoir is also nearby, where you can enjoy all manner of water sports, including sailing, surfing, and rowing.

Payment
A 50% deposit is required within 14 days of receiving the booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due approximately two weeks before arrival.
Last-minute bookings
For bookings made within 15 days before arrival, the full amount is payable immediately.

Bed linen, towels, baby cots and high chairs can be booked for an additional charge, depending on the accommodation.
