The centrepiece of your holiday flat is the spacious living area with open-plan kitchen, sitting area and a unique view deep into the mountains. Enjoy a relaxing holiday in the middle of the Hohe Tauern.

The bedroom, in modern alpine style, makes the ‘Rosenquarz’ holiday flat your personal highlight. For your comfort, the bedroom also has its own bathroom.

Our service rounds off your holiday. An initial supply of bed linen and hand and bath towels is included. Our sports shop, ski hire and ski school are located on the ground floor. Each flat has its own ski locker in the ski room - ski boot, helmet and glove dryer included. You will find plenty of parking spaces directly at the house or you can park in the underground car park of the Königsleinter infrastructure building, weatherproof and free of charge. Our shuttle service will be happy to pick you up from there.
