Skilift 275 | Top Ost is an inviting holiday apartment in Königsleiten. Offering approximately 50 m² of living space, it accommodates up to four guests and is particularly suitable for families, couples and small groups.
The apartment features a separate bedroom and a sleeping gallery accessed via a steep staircase. It also has one bathroom and an open living and dining area with a kitchen. The warm wooden interior and fireplace give the apartment a pleasant alpine character.
The living area provides access to the south-facing balcony. The slope of the Eberharter’s Almdorf lift runs directly past the building, allowing you to start your day on the slopes from the property and ski back to the house when snow conditions permit.

Open kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Additional equipment includes a filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster.

Important information:
The fireplace may only be used by guests who are experienced in operating one safely. Please add no more than two or three logs at a time and never leave the fireplace unattended while it is in use. Firewood is not provided.

Skilift 275 | Top Ost is situated in Königsleiten, directly beside the slope of the Eberharter’s Almdorf lift. When snow conditions permit, you can start skiing directly from the house and return to the property on skis. Access to the Zillertal Arena ski area is therefore practically on the doorstep.
A grocery shop is approximately 600 metres away. The apartment entrance is located at the rear of the building, beneath the outdoor staircase, and can be reached by following the path to the right of the house.

A 50% deposit is required within 14 days of receiving the booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due approximately two weeks before arrival.
