Skilift 275 | Top EG is a charming two-room holiday apartment on the ground floor in Königsleiten. Offering approximately 40 m² of living space, it accommodates up to four guests and is particularly suitable for couples and small families.
The apartment combines traditional wooden elements with modern furnishings. It features one bedroom, one bathroom and an open living and dining area with a sofa bed and kitchen. The fireplace creates a pleasant atmosphere after an active day in the mountains.
A particular highlight is the private sauna, where you can relax after skiing or hiking. The south-facing terrace provides a pleasant place to enjoy the mountain air right outside the accommodation.
The slope of the Eberharter’s Almdorf lift runs directly past the building. When snow conditions permit, you can start your day on the slopes directly from the property and ski back to the house.

Living and dining area with pull-out sofa bed, TV, large dining table, fireplace and access to the south-facing terrace. The sofa bed provides two additional sleeping spaces.

The fireplace may only be used by guests who are experienced in operating one safely. Please add no more than two or three logs at a time and never leave the fireplace unattended while it is in use.

Skilift 275 | Top EG is situated in Königsleiten, directly beside the slope of the Eberharter’s Almdorf lift. When snow conditions permit, you can start skiing directly from the house and return to the property on skis. Access to the Zillertal Arena ski area is therefore practically on the doorstep.
A grocery shop is approximately 600 metres away. The entrance to the ground-floor apartment is located at the front of the building. Parking is available directly at the property.

A 50% deposit is required within 14 days of receiving the booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due approximately two weeks before arrival.
