The bedroom features a double bed consisting of two mattresses, each measuring 80 × 190 cm, as well as a bunk bed renewed in 2026 with two sleeping surfaces measuring 90 × 200 cm each. A curtain provides a visual separation between the two sleeping areas.

Open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. Additional equipment includes a filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee pad machine, kettle and toaster.

A shared ski storage room with ski boot dryer is available. The apartment includes a private outdoor parking space.

Dettlbauer 63 | Top 17 is situated near the entrance to Königsleiten in the Zillertal Arena. The ski lift is approximately 350 metres away. The ski school meeting point, ski rental and shops are also within a few minutes’ walk.

Situated at an altitude of approximately 1,600 metres, the location is ideal for both winter holidays and active summer breaks. Hiking and mountain biking routes lead through the surrounding mountain landscape.
