Through the main entrance door you enter directly into the charming, modern and very spacious kitchen-living room, where you can relax comfortably in the seating area or enjoy homemade delicacies at the dining table. The open kitchen is equipped with all comforts.
Four bedrooms with double beds ensure a pleasant night's sleep. Three of them have their own bathroom. The bathroom, which is for the fourth bedroom, is on the opposite side of the room.
Another highlight of the chalet is the in-house sauna, which is located in the 1st basement. Here you can really relax after a busy day.
The crowning glory of Chalet Königsleiten 108 is the large sun terrace on the ground floor. From here you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains of the Hohen-Tauern as well as the Zillertal Alps. But also the small garden terrace in the basement offers you enough space to really enjoy the sun's rays.
In winter, ski lifts, restaurants and après-ski bars are within walking distance from the chalet. The Dorfbahn Königsleiten, which is only 150 metres away from the chalet, offers the perfect entrance to the almost endless world of slopes in the Zillertal Arena. For beginners as well as for advanced skiers and snowboarders, the large and snow-sure skiing area of the Zillertal Arena is perfect. For those who prefer to take it a little easier, a variety of winter hiking trails offer plenty of opportunities to take a closer look at the landscape in & around Königsleiten.
In front of the house you will find the ski room, where you can safely store your skis. A storage room with ski boot dryer is located in the entrance area of the chalet.
In summer, Königsleiten is perfect for those seeking relaxation as well as for sports enthusiasts. The surrounding mountain world invites you to wonderful hikes to one of the surrounding mountain peaks or to an extensive mountain bike tour in one of the side valleys. The Durlaßboden reservoir offers a perfect way to cool off on hot summer days. The water is up to 21 degrees in the summer months! Surfing or paddling is just as possible here as a cosy barbecue evening at the campfire with the family on the shore of the lake.
In this accommodation, the initial supply of bed linen, hand, and bath towels is included.

- 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
- final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
- The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
- Sheets, big and small towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
- check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
- We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
- The number of parking spaces available at the accommodation is specified on-site. If you arrive with more vehicles, you are required to rent an additional parking space in the underground garage of the Königsleitner infrastructure building.
