Trees are among the most important natural climate protectors on our planet. They store CO2, produce oxygen and create valuable habitats for animals and plants.

Through our Tree Project, we aim to make a sustainable contribution to the environment and climate together with our guests. For every booking, a tree sapling is planted, creating a small piece of the future year after year.

Every tree planted helps make our region greener and more livable while raising awareness among future generations about the responsible use of nature.

Why Trees Are So Important

Forests are habitats, climate protectors and recreational spaces all at the same time. They store CO₂, promote biodiversity and shape our unique mountain landscape.

Tree Planting Campaign 2026 with Wald im Pinzgau Primary School

As part of our Tree Project, we were delighted to organize this year's tree planting campaign together with the pupils of Wald im Pinzgau Primary School.

With great enthusiasm and commitment, numerous tree saplings were planted, making a valuable contribution to the future of our local forests.

The children not only actively participated but also learned why sustainability, environmental protection and caring for nature are so important.

We would like to thank Wald im Pinzgau Primary School, all teachers and our partners for their support and are proud to have planted another piece of the future together.

How the Project Works

For Every Booking

A tree sapling is provided for every booking.

Regional Planting Campaign

The trees are planted together with regional partners during our annual tree planting campaign.

Voluntary Tree Donation

Guests can additionally support the project through a voluntary tree donation.

Reforestation in the Region

All tree saplings are planted in our region and contribute to the reforestation of local forests.

Sustainable Behaviour

Sustainability is not achieved through a few major actions, but through many conscious decisions in everyday life.
