The 4-room holiday apartment Hajenius 279 / Top OG combines bright Alpine-style wooden furniture with exclusive design elements from Bielefelder Werkstätten and Wittmann Möbelwerkstätten. The modern and unique kitchen gives the open living and cooking area a special charm, while the large traditional tiled stove elegantly separates the dining area from the living space.
The third, open bedroom on the gallery with a pull-out double bed invites cozy relaxation. Together with the sun-facing balcony, the apartment is an attractive accommodation for smaller groups or families even outside the ski season.
For skiers, the location is ideal: simply strap on your skis right at the front door, as the Eberharter’s Almdorflift starts directly next to the house.
In summer, the peaceful surroundings offer numerous activities: the Königsleitner Jodel hiking trail, Mega Flying Fox, Mega Swing, white-water tubing, or the high ropes course provide adventure and variety for the whole family.
Note on tiled stove/open fireplace:
Please only heat up if you already have experience with it! Do not insert more than 2-3 logs (danger of explosion!).
Do not leave tiled stove/open fireplace unattended under any circumstances!!!

- 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
- final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
- The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
- Sheets, big and small towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
- check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
- We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
- The number of parking spaces available at the accommodation is specified on-site. If you arrive with more vehicles, you are required to rent an additional parking space in the underground garage of the Königsleitner infrastructure building.
