The chalet Fliertenalm 179 is convincing through its open yet classical floor plan. Partially there are high ceilings and the locally typical use of light-coloured wood in the furnishing is supplemented with the modern interpretation of the wooden furniture. This gives the chalet its very own character. Large windows let lots of light into the rooms and light-coloured materials and appropriate accessories complete the skilful composition of the interior design.
As a result of the floor plan with four bed rooms with double beds (of which one bed room has an en Suite bath room) as well as sleeping opportunities in the attic floor this chalet is particularly suited for couples or families that appreciate a short way into the winter sport area of the Zillertal Arena. From the chalet you will reach, via the Eberharter`s Almdorflift, the alpine trains. This will only take you a few minutes. So less than 10 minutes later you will be at the summit station at an altitude of 2200 m just beneath the Königsleiten peak.
Guests of the chalet that would like a small break from skiing or just want to enjoy the alpine panorama of the Gerlosplatte and Hohe Tauern should consider the terrace or the balcony of their own home. A suitable hot beverage can be quickly prepared in the very well equipped fitted kitchen.
The Chalet Fliertenalm has a cozy barbecue area with a roof. This is perfect for your après-ski on your own terrace, as well as barbecue evenings together in winter when it snows!
Note on tiled stove/open fireplace:
Please only heat up if you already have experience with it! Do not insert more than 2-3 logs (danger of explosion!).
Do not leave tiled stove/open fireplace unattended under any circumstances!!!

general booking information
- 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
- final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
- The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
- Sheets, big and small towels, sauna towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
- check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
- We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
- The number of parking spaces available at the accommodation is specified on-site. If you arrive with more vehicles, you are required to rent an additional parking space in the underground garage of the Königsleitner infrastructure building.
