With four bedrooms featuring double beds – including one with an en-suite bathroom – as well as additional sleeping accommodations in the attic, this luxury chalet is ideal for couples or families who appreciate the short distance to the Zillertal Arena ski area. Via Eberharter’s Almdorflift, you can reach the Königsleitner Bergbahnen in just a few minutes, and the Dorfbahn mountain station at 2,200 meters, just below the Königsleitenspitze, in about 10 minutes.
For a short break from skiing or simply to enjoy the fantastic mountain panorama with Gerlosplatte and the Hohe Tauern, the terrace and balcony invite you to relax. A warm drink can be quickly prepared in the well-equipped fitted kitchen.
The Chalet Fliertenalm has a cozy barbecue area with a roof. This is perfect for your après-ski on your own terrace, as well as barbecue evenings together in winter when it snows!

Please only heat up if you already have experience with it! Do not insert more than 2-3 logs (danger of explosion!).

- 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
- final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
- The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
- Sheets, big and small towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
- check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
- We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
- The number of parking spaces available at the accommodation is specified on-site. If you arrive with more vehicles, you are required to rent an additional parking space in the underground garage of the Königsleitner infrastructure building.
