Situated in Hochkrimml Filzstein the holiday house SissAlm excites with its amazingly comfortable features. It offers lots of space for larger families and smaller travel groups.
The open living space with its traditional, tasteful furnishing and open fire place really invites one to linger. Fortunate that access to the Zillertal Arena in the direction of Königsleiten starts almost right in front of the door.
When the snow situation is as it normally is then you can ski right down to your door.
When you have returned to the house after a tiring day of skiing or after a day on the perfectly prepared cross country tracks you have really earned yourself a relaxing break in the bath rooms’ whirlpool. From the whirlpool your view goes out of the large window to give you an astonishing view across the alpine world of the Hohen Tauern National Park. It creates an atmosphere that one should at some point experience in order to understand its description.
Impressive impressions are also to be found when lying on the comfortable deck chairs on the large sun terrace with barbecue area. If you want to send those impressions back home you are invited to do through the wifi network.
The Chalet Sissialm has a cozy barbecue area with a roof. This is perfect for your après-ski on your own terrace, as well as barbecue evenings together in winter when it snows!
Important: toll road with costs. - In winter, this road can be used free of charge with the ski pass.
Note on tiled stove:
Please only heat up if you already have experience with it! Do not insert more than 2-3 logs (danger of explosion!).
Do not leave tiled stove unattended under any circumstances!!!

- 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
- final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
- The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
- Sheets, big and small towels, sauna towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
- check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
- We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
