High-quality materials, underfloor heating and the tiled stove create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The balcony and garden with outdoor furniture invite you to enjoy the fresh mountain air and surrounding mountain scenery.

Thanks to its proximity to the Filzstein ski lifts, ski school and cross-country ski trail, Max 142 is an ideal base for winter sports enthusiasts. In summer, the mountain landscape around Hochkrimml offers numerous opportunities for hiking, cycling and relaxing in nature.

Chalet Desiree is located directly next door.

The holiday home features three bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed consisting of two mattresses measuring 90 × 200 cm each.

The pull-out sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space for two guests.

The holiday home features two bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bathroom has a bathtub, washbasin, toilet and washing machine.

Open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Additional equipment includes a filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

Cosy living area with seating area, dining space, pull-out sofa, tiled stove, flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio and access to the balcony.

Additional rooms and facilities:

A shared ski storage room with boot dryer is available. Two private parking spaces belong to the holiday home.

Important information about the tiled stove:

The tiled stove may only be used by guests who have experience operating one. Please use no more than two to three logs at a time and never leave the stove unattended.

One crate of firewood is included with your stay. Additional firewood can be purchased from Direkt Holidays or at the local supermarket.

Max 142 is located in Hochkrimml in the Zillertal Arena holiday region. The ski lift and cross-country ski trail are approximately 650 metres away. A grocery shop is approximately 1,500 metres away.

Access to Hochkrimml is via a toll road. Special toll regulations apply in winter for guests with a valid ski pass.

General Booking Information

Payment
A 50% deposit is required within 14 days of receiving the booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due approximately two weeks before arrival.

Last-minute bookings
For bookings made within 15 days before arrival, the full amount is payable immediately.

Additional services
Bed linen, towels, baby cots and high chairs can be booked for an additional charge, depending on the accommodation.
