Built using ecological construction methods, Chalet Desiree combines traditional Austrian architecture with modern comfort. Offering approximately 100 m² of living space, it accommodates up to ten guests and is particularly suitable for families and groups travelling together. Tasteful furnishings, underfloor heating and a tiled stove create a cosy atmosphere.

The chalet features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen and a living area with dining space. The sunny south-facing balcony, terrace and garden invite you to enjoy the mountain air and surrounding nature right outside the accommodation. Three parking spaces are available.

Thanks to its location in Hochkrimml, Chalet Desiree is an excellent base for an active holiday in the Zillertal Arena. In winter, the ski lift, cross-country ski trail and ski school are nearby. In summer, the region offers numerous opportunities for hiking and other mountain activities.

The chalet features three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. Each double bed consists of two mattresses measuring 90 × 200 cm each.

The third bedroom has two bunk beds. Two sleeping areas measure 90 × 190 cm each, while the other two measure 90 × 200 cm each.

Two additional sleeping places are provided by the pull-out sofa in the living area.

The chalet features two bathrooms. One bathroom has a bathtub, double washbasin, toilet and washing machine. The second bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.

Open kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Additional equipment includes filter coffee machine and kettle. A tiled stove adds to the cosy atmosphere.

Cosy living area with seating area, dining space, flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio and pull-out sofa for two additional guests. The balcony is accessible from the living area.

A shared ski storage room with boot dryer is available.

Additional services included:

One crate of firewood for the tiled stove is included in the stay. Additional firewood can be purchased from Direkt Holidays or ADEG.

Important information about the tiled stove

Please only light the tiled stove if you are experienced in using it. Add no more than two or three logs and never leave the stove unattended.

Chalet Desiree is located in Hochkrimml in the Zillertal Arena holiday region. The ski lift and cross-country ski trail are approximately 650 metres away. A restaurant is around 200 metres away. A grocery shop is approximately 1,500 metres away and is open during the winter season only.

Access to Hochkrimml is via a toll road. Special toll regulations apply in winter for guests with a valid ski pass.

Payment
A 50% deposit is required within 14 days of receiving the booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due approximately two weeks before arrival.

Last-minute bookings
For bookings made within 15 days before arrival, the full amount is payable immediately.
