When snow conditions permit, it is possible to ski almost all the way back to the holiday home. A further bedroom has two single beds measuring 100 × 200 cm each and its own bathroom with shower and washbasin.
The fifth bedroom is furnished with a single bed with pull-out function measuring 80 × 200 cm and a TV.

Bergdiamant 181 is located on the Filzsteinalpe in Hochkrimml, in the Zillertal Arena holiday region. The ski lift and cross-country ski trail are approximately 300 metres away. A restaurant is approximately 200 metres away and a grocery shop approximately 1,100 metres away.
Access to Hochkrimml is via a toll road. Special toll regulations apply in winter for guests with a valid ski pass.

Payment
A 50% deposit is required within 14 days of receiving the booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due approximately two weeks before arrival.

For bookings made within 15 days before arrival, the full amount is payable immediately.
