    A 50% deposit is due within 14 days after booking. The remaining balance can be paid comfortably about 2 weeks before your arrival.

    You can conveniently pay by bank transfer, in cash on site or by debit card – choose the option that suits you best.
  • Are there any additional booking fees?

    A processing fee is charged for each booking. All details are transparently listed in our payment terms.

Cancellation & Changes

  • How can I cancel my booking?

    If your plans change, you can cancel your booking at any time in writing. The decisive factor is the time your cancellation is received by us.
  • What cancellation fees apply?

    Cancellation fees depend on the time of cancellation:
    ~ up to 43 days before arrival: 10%
    ~ up to 29 days before arrival: 50%
    ~ up to 20 days before arrival: 80%
    ~ from 19 days before arrival: 100%
  • Are there additional cancellation fees?

    A processing fee applies to every cancellation.

    For a safe journey to the mountains, we recommend snow chains in winter, as weather conditions can vary.

Accommodation & Amenities

    In some of our accommodations, bed linen and towels are already included. If not, you can easily rent them from us or bring your own – completely flexible for your needs.
