The newly built chalet impresses with its exclusive equipment and the perfect location in the lower area of Königsleiten. From here, you can reach the Eberharter’s Almdorflift in just a few steps, which gives you a quick access to the Zillertal Arena. In summer you can start your hikes directly from the house. You won’t miss anything in this chalet. You can enjoy your well-deserved holiday here with up to 16 people in maximum comfort. In the Chalet of Legends you will find 8 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, so you can start your day in a relaxed morning. Two of the bedrooms have extra luxury with a freestanding bathtub, where you can spend relaxing hours with your loved one.
A relaxing time with your loved ones is guaranteed in this chalet. You can use the wellness room on the ground floor, here you will find a sauna, a steam bath, as well as a rain shower. From the wellness room you can access a terrace where you can admire the beautiful mountain landscape from the hot pot.
The kitchen with a large living room offers enough space to spoil your family and friends with culinary delights and to enjoy dinner together. A special highlight in the living room is the Ambiente fireplace, as well as the panoramic windows and the large terrace, which allows you the perfect view of the surrounding mountains. For a relaxed TV you can find in the 1. basement you will find your own home cinema, where you can watch your favourite films from a whole new perspective.
For skiers there is a separate ski room with boot dryer in front of the main entrance, which protects your equipment from wind and weather and ensures you the best comfort for the next skiing day. So that your cars are also protected from the cold and snow in winter and from the heat in summer, the 2nd floor of the building is also equipped with a large storage room. UG has its own underground car park, which offers space for 10 cars. There is also an e-charging station for owners of an environmentally friendly electric car.
In this accommodation, the initial supply of bed linen, hand, and bath towels is included.

- 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
- final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
- The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
- Sheets, big and small towels, sauna towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
- check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
- We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
- The number of parking spaces available at the accommodation is specified on-site. If you arrive with more vehicles, you are required to rent an additional parking space in the underground garage of the Königsleitner infrastructure building.
