The Chalet der Legenden has 8 bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, so you can start each morning feeling relaxed. Two of the bedrooms offer extra luxury with a freestanding bathtub, where you can spend relaxing hours with your loved one.
You are guaranteed a relaxing time with your loved ones in this chalet. You can use the wellness room on the ground floor, where you will find a sauna, a steam bath and a rain shower. The wellness room leads onto a terrace where you can admire the beautiful mountain landscape from the hot tub.
The kitchen with large living room offers enough space to spoil your family and friends with culinary delights and enjoy dinner together. A special highlight in the living room is the atmospheric fireplace, as well as the panoramic windows and the large terrace, which offers you the perfect view of the surrounding mountains. For a relaxing evening of television, you will find your own home cinema in the second basement, where you can watch your favourite films from a whole new perspective.
For skiers, there is a dedicated ski room with boot dryer in front of the main entrance, which protects your equipment from wind and weather and ensures maximum comfort for the next day of skiing.
To protect your cars from the cold and snow in winter and the heat in summer, there is an in-house underground car park on the second basement level with space for eight cars. The entrance height of the underground car park is 2.10 metres.
For owners of environmentally friendly electric cars, there is also an e-charging station.

- 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
- final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
- The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
- Sheets, big and small towels, sauna towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
- check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
- We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
- The number of parking spaces available at the accommodation is specified on-site. If you arrive with more vehicles, you are required to rent an additional parking space in the underground garage of the Königsleitner infrastructure building.
