Carpe Diem 174 Chalet

From the spacious balcony, you have a beautiful view of the fascinating mountains and the vast forests. Here, you can stay with up to 6 people. On the living floor, there is a fully equipped, open kitchen where you can prepare a meal to share in the classic Austrian dining area. The attic has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. This room has limited headroom and can be reached via a rather steep staircase. There are also two bedrooms on the lower floor with a double bed. The chalet also has two spacious bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a lovely bath. Finally, there is one covered parking space at the chalet.

In winter, all the ingredients for a wonderful winter holiday are present. The practice slope with drag lift and the ski bus is just a 5-minute walk away. The snow-heavy Zillertal Arena ski area is suitable for both beginners and advanced skiers with many kilometres of blue, red and black pistes and extremely modern ski lifts. There are also two good ski schools in Königsleiten. From the chalet, you can take wonderful winter hikes or take a ride from one of the many toboggan runs in the area. Alternatively, try ‘moonlight' skiing for a truly special experience! End each winter sports day in the bustling après-ski of Königsleiten for a complete holiday!

In summer, this mountain village is an ideal vacation spot for peace seekers, sporty holidaymakers or families. From Königsleiten, there are several hiking trails marked out along the breathtaking peaks. In addition to various walking and hiking routes, you can also take the bike and explore the area or take a nice dive in the Durlaβboden reservoir near Gerlos. Here, you can enjoy the whole day with swimming, surfing, paddling and afterwards, a nice barbecuing at the edge of the lake. For action and adventure, the Action Mountain Penken in Mayrhofen is worth a visit.
