rom here you can just let yourself be pulled up the piste and changeover into the alpine train Königsleiten. In just 8 minutes this train travels a distance of 3000 m crossing an altitude of 600 m and ends just below the Königsleiten peak. Once at the top you can have your pick of the 130 km of pistes of the Zillertal Arena. The descent is similarly simple: during the ski season you can usually ride down to your own door.
The apartment Aisch Hütte 149/ Top OG has a generously space living and dining area. Through the combination of tiled- and wooden floor it all appears pretty and practical at the same time. The combination of the eating and sitting corner makes the rooms appear larger and results in the dominant appearance of the large live-in kitchen and the rooms linking visually to give a great living atmosphere. The integrated open fire place creates warmth and very cosy feeling.
The 5 ½ rooms of the apartment offer four bed rooms. Three of those have double beds and there are two bath rooms. Therefore the apartment is particularly suited for families with children and groups. In case you need more space the ground floor of the hosting house offers another 3 room apartment that can also be booked.
Note on tiled stove/open fireplace:
Please only heat up if you already have experience with it! Do not insert more than 2-3 logs (danger of explosion!).
Do not leave tiled stove/open fireplace unattended under any circumstances!!!

- 50% prepayment of rental price to pay within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
- final payment approx. 2 weeks before arrival
- The contract between you and DIREKT HOLIDAYS will be concluded with prepayment. If there is no prepayment within 14 days, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is able to do as we want with the booked accommodation. When booking at short notice (less than 15 days until arrival), the whole amount is payable immediately and the contract is concluded by this payment.
- Sheets, big and small towels, sauna towels, high chairs and a baby cot can be rented for a fee (Please mind the hints at individual accommodations).
- check-in: At the day of arrival you will receive the keys at DIREKT HOLIDAYS, Königsleiten 2a.
- We will manage the final cleaning for you (mandatory), the price depends on the size of the accommodation and is committed in the rental contract.
- The number of parking spaces available at the accommodation is specified on-site. If you arrive with more vehicles, you are required to rent an additional parking space in the underground garage of the Königsleitner infrastructure building.
