We, Direkt Holidays Reisebüro GmbH, are committed to making the website at www.direktholidays.at accessible in accordance with the Web Accessibility Act (WZG), which implements EU Directive 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies.
1. Status of compliance with the requirements
This website has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We are currently pursuing certification from the Association for the Promotion of Accessibility in ICT (WACA). The results of this evaluation will be published on this page once the review is complete.

3. Enforcement procedure
If you do not receive a satisfactory response through the above contact method, you can submit a complaint to the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). Complaints can be submitted electronically using the contact form: https://www.ffg.at/form/kontaktformular-beschwerdestelle
The FFG will examine whether the complaint relates to violations of the provisions of the Web Accessibility Act, particularly shortcomings in the accessibility compliance of the federal government or an entity attributable to it.
If the complaint is justified, the FFG will issue recommendations to the federal authority or the affected legal entity and suggest measures to remedy the identified shortcomings.
