Cancellation on your behalf

In respect to a cancellation or a change in booking after finalisation of the contract and before the beginning of your stay, DIREKT HOLIDAYS is permitted to calculate the following cancellation charges (in %):

• up to 43 days before stay = 10%,
• up to 29 days before stay = 50%,
• up to 20 days before stay = 80%

Cancellations after the 19th day before the stay mean that the full price is to be payed. Decisive is the arrival of your notice in the booking department (for Sundays or bank holidays the next working day counts).

Every cancellation costs 40€.

We advise you to book a annulation guarantee with your booking. This guarantee covers the cancellation costs as a consequence of sickness, accident, death of the hirer, co-travellers or of close relatives (doctoral note necessary). A annulation guarantee can be booked online on our homepage (www.direktholidays.at).
